Your Mode™ Kitchen Bin comes complete with a Carbon Filter specifically designed to help eliminate odors, ensuring your recycling bin or trash can smell as good as they work. 

Replacing the Carbon Filter
We recommend changing the filter every 3-6 months or when you notice it losing effectiveness. To replace the filter, remove it by opening the Bin By-Pass Lid, sliding out the old filter, and then sliding in the new one.
